Hmmm...This forum needs a lot of work...
You can start by the colours. You have made a big mix, which do not combine and hurt the eyes. Find 2 or 3 matching colours and keep toning them darker or lighter to make a good theme :)
Then get some codes for your forum, here: http://support.proboards.com/index.cgi?b....read=1117970613
Then get graphics for your forum (a good banner, grads, bg image, etc)
Then add some content to the forum, some boards. But not too many, as few as possible (less than 16)
Then just advertise it, then you have a nice forum to administer.

I am not going to rate how it looks currently, because It still needs a lot of work ;)
