Right I want the figures to stay where they are, on the left! I want the new image to fit my forum width which is 700px. And I want you to either make the black bg color Grey or Transparent... Does that make sense?

eww no, thats what someone else did to it; but I don't like it...

Because I have those 3 welcome tables on the left, a centered bg image looks odd. I would like an image with characters just visible on the left... And yeah I want it either Grey or transparent the background color please.

That image, is the only one I have... If you can find a better image to use then by all means show me what you're made of. lol.
